1. Who you're contracting with

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Grimaldy Navirio Gunawan, the seller and operator of the Am I Hot service ("we", "us", "our"). The service is made available through the websites at amihot.life, grimaldytest.lovable.app, and any related domains.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the service in any way, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have your guardian's consent), have the authority to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. The service — entertainment only

Am I Hot generates AI scores, commentary and recommendations about uploaded selfies and voice recordings, for entertainment purposes only. Output is subjective, may be inaccurate, and is not medical, psychological, dermatological, surgical, professional or financial advice. Do not make health, surgical, career or relationship decisions based on it.

4. Your content & consent

You must own the photos and recordings you upload, or have explicit permission from the person depicted. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display and analyze your content solely to provide the service. You must not upload: content of minors, sexually explicit material, content of any person who has not consented, content that infringes IP or publicity rights, or content that is otherwise unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; abuse, probe or attack our infrastructure; scrape the leaderboard or other data; reverse-engineer the service; misrepresent generated reports as professional advice; impersonate others; upload malware; or circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or paywalls.

6. Intellectual property

The service — including its software, source code, design, models, prompts, branding, UI, copy and documentation — is and remains the exclusive property of Grimaldy Navirio Gunawan (or our licensors), protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose. You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the license in section 4.

7. Pricing, payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks and invoicing are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

The current price for the "Full Report Unlock" is a one-time payment of US $4.99, granting lifetime access to premium features for the buying account. Prices may change, but any change will not apply retroactively to a completed purchase. There is no recurring subscription, so no renewal will be charged. 8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your entitlement to premium features ends and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your own country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
