Am I Hot, operated by Grimaldy Navirio Gunawan, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time "Full Report Unlock" purchase ($4.99). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund:
- 1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- 2. Open the order for "Full Report Unlock" and choose "Request a refund".
- 3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support flow or the email address listed on this site, and we will arrange the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens after a refund
Once your refund is processed, your account returns to the free tier: full reports, voice analyzer access and unlimited scans become locked again. Your previously generated reports remain in your history (you can delete them at any time from your profile).
Outside the 30-day window
We will still review refund requests submitted after 30 days on a case-by-case basis, for example where the service did not work as described or where required by your local consumer-protection law. Reach out and we will look into it.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country (for example, the EU/UK statutory withdrawal right for digital services).
Subscriptions
"Full Report Unlock" is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you ever do see a recurring charge from Paddle related to this service, contact us immediately.
